We treat optically clear molding as a highly specialized discipline. Our presses are maintained in rigorously clean environments to prevent dust contamination. Our molds are polished to a mirror finish, and we carefully manage injection speeds to eliminate flow marks, stress rings, and birefringence (optical distortion). Robot arms ensure careful handling of the finished parts to reduce post-molding scuffs and blemishes.
