Material Selection
Manterra will analyze the unique physical properties that your parts require and then recommend materials with the necessary combination of strength, environmental resistance and cost effectiveness.
We work with all major manufacturers of plastic resins and diligently recommend resins that meet or exceed performance expectations and regulatory agency specifications.
Tooling
Our own in-house tool room is equipped with CNC machining centres, Wire EDM, Die Sink EDM equipment, and high speed machining equipment. This gives us the capability to manufacture tools in-house but also to provide important repair, maintenance and tool modification services.

Finishing & Assembly
Custom welding and insert installation
We can utilize electromagnetic and ultrasonic welding machines to securely attach and combine the parts we produce to customer specification.
- UV curing lamps for UV activated glues and sealants
- Custom made assemble fixtures and machines
- Continuous film packaging (vacuum form pouch-fill-seal)
- Manterra is capable of light assembly work and turn key packaging. We also provide product barcoding and labeling.
