This process utilizes a proprietary susceptor material (often a resin matrix embedded with metallic particles) placed at the joint interface. An electromagnetic field rapidly heats this specific interface, melting the adjacent plastic to fuse the parts together. This allows us to weld complex, 3D joint lines and dissimilar materials without subjecting the entire part to damaging vibrations or external heat. The result is a clean, flash-free, and incredibly strong structural or hermetic seal.
